Alice je ustanoviteljica Creative Tea Breaks, učiteljica, pesnica, ”ulični zabavljač”, facilitatorica in zagovornica odrasle ustvarjalnosti. Omogoča prostor za izražanje svoje ustvarjalnosti, kar je ključno za povezovanje. Med ustvarjalnimi odmori usmerja pozornost na dihanje, telo in um, s čimer vas osredotoči na trenutek ustvarjanja umetnosti.

Creative Breaks hosts mindful art workshops so that adults can learn and then harness the amazing benefits of making art and trying new things.
And you can join @creative_tea_breaks this World Mental Health Day, October 9th, to go slow, make art, and learn some quick practices that support positive wellbeing. Workshop will be in English.
